Service request forms
To help you carry out our mandate, we have provided various service request forms. Each box will direct you to the appropriate form to complete. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to write us. We would be happy to help.
The three steps in handling a case
Opening a case
The client files the service request and the case documents on PMB’s secure platform.
Service/Notification
PMB receives the case-opening fees and accepts the client’s mandate.
Filing
PMB completes its mandate, writes the appropriate reports, sends them to the client, files a copy with the court registry.
Execution forms
Execution Instructions Form
Under section 680 C.C.P., a creditor who wishes to force execution of a judgment must give execution instructions to the bailiff. This form provides the instructions to be transmitted to the bailiff. Once completed, your instructions form must be sent to the following email address: executions@huissierquebec.ca, with your judgment and relevant documents.
Execution instructions to the bailiff (seizure before judgment s. 520 C.C.P.)
Under section 520 C.C.P., a seizure before judgment is carried out under a notice of execution and according to the seizor’s instructions, supported by an affidavit. The instructions direct the bailiff to seize all the defendant’s movable property or only certain specified movables or immovables. This form provides the instructions to be transmitted to the bailiff.
